I use Royal Mail signed delivery service for all items shipped in the UK, items delivered in the UK usually arrive within 1-2 working days and overseas 3-7 working days.

Please note that there will be no tracking service on UK delivery however it will require a signature upon arrival, so if you have not received your item within 10 days then please let me know so that I can try to resolve the problem. If you would prefer a tracking service on your order, please also get in touch prior to despatch so that we can look at the options available.

Non-UK /EU customers may have to pay an import/customs charge to have goods from the UK imported into your country of origin. Please note therefore that Hattie Rose Handmade is not responsible for these charges and it lies with the customer to pay these charges as and when necessary.
I aim to ensure that every item is made to the highest possible standard and care will always be taken when packaged to ensure it reaches you in tip top condition. However, if your item does arrive damaged or faulty then please contact me within 7 days of receiving the order at:

Refunds are only offered 30 days after receiving your order, in this time you will need to contact me regarding the refund and then return the goods. Your refund will be with you within 14 days after receiving the package back.
Unfortunately, I am unable to refund the shipping cost of returning the item. If you would like a refund, please contact me so that I can provide the returns address. You will then need to send your item along with details of your order/invoice number and name to the return address. Please ask for a free of charge proof of postage at the post office before sending.
Failure to provide the order/invoice number and name within the return parcel may result in delay of refund/exchange, so please provide as much information as possible to ensure a quick refund.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me using the above method. If I am aware of the cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order it will give you the best chance of receiving a quick refund.
Depending on the status of your order, we may be unable to cancel it. If it is too late to cancel your order you can return the item using the above method.
